In France, the month of October, also called ‘pink October’, is dedicated to the fight against breast cancer and raising awareness on breast cancer prevention. In this month, many events are organized all over France in order to inform people on this disease, for prevention and to raise funds for research. In Martinique, an all-women charity concert is scheduled for Thursday, October the 29th, 2015 at 7pm.
This show - named «Mizik sé foss» (Music is strength) - will welcome 8 artists : Leïla Chicot, Teeyah, Soulia, Lycinais Jean, Dasha, Stacy, Laurren Rose and Stony (with the participation of the girl band Moov). The concert will take place at Grand Carbet in Parc Aimé Césaire in Fort-de-France. Tickets are already on sale in Mobile+ and Esso shops and on www.billetsdom.com for 22€ per person.
